Subject: The Results of 2025 Summer Session Dormitory Applications.

Instruction:

I.        For the 2025 summer session dormitory applications, all students who submitted their application through the AIS System before 4:00 PM on May 20, 2025 will be approved. Students can check the processing status on the AIS System.

II.     The dormitory of summer session will be arranged by the Division of Dormitory Guidance. Students who have submitted the special accommodation needs form before 4:00 PM on May 20, 2025 will be assisted in arranging beds according to their needs. Late submissions will not be accepted.

III.   Dormitory Bed Assignment Information:

            i.   All Summer Vacation / 1st Period of Summer Vacation: Bed assignment results will be available on the Academic Information System starting Monday, June 17, 2025.

          ii.   2nd Period of Summer Vacation: Bed assignment results will be available on the Academic Affairs System by Wednesday, July 24, 2025.

IV.  Students approved for accommodation, please be sure to read the following notes carefully:

               i.Determine whether there is a need for accommodation in the 2025 summer session.

A.  If accommodation is needed, please visit the First Bank's e-payment portal (https://goo.gl/i1VrQ3) from June 3 to June 11, 2025, to print the dormitory fee payment form, and complete the payment within the specified time.

a.  After the dormitory fee is paid, according to the regulations set for student dormitories and the list of student dormitory fees charge and refund in 2025 summer vacation related refund matters will be processed. When applying for a refund, please attach the original payment receipt and proceed with the relevant refund matters through the Division of Dormitory Guidance.

b.  Failure to pay the dormitory fee within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the accommodation qualification. Upon cancellation of summer accommodation eligibility by the Division of Dormitory Guidance, reapplication will not be entertained.

B.       Those who have no need for accommodation, please complete the cancellation form before 5 p.m. on June 11, 2025, at https://reurl.cc/rL7Mab.

                      ii.    Graduating students who have completed the procedures for leaving the campus must check out according to regulations.

V.            To prevent unforeseen circumstances from hindering the timely payment of the dormitory fee, students are advised to complete the payment as early as possible. If there are any questions regarding the dormitory application or the payment of the dormitory fee, please proactively contact the Division of Dormitory Guidance during office hours within the application or payment deadlines.
