Purpose: Summer Stay Announcement for Dorm 4 Check-in Process

※   After the dormitory opening hours end, room inspections will be conducted promptly. If the resident is not present, the student association cadres will use backup keys to access the room for confirmation.

※   For any times not specifically listed above, please complete the check-in process at the dormitory front desk during service hours (before 7:50 p.m.).

◎Access Card Registration Time:

※   If you fail to provide your student ID or a card with Easy Card functionality during check-in, it will not be possible to set up the access card on the same day. Please contact the dormitory counselor during their office hours from MON to THU (10:30-11:30, 16:30-17:30) to process your access card.

※   Not having an access card will affect your ability to enter the dormitory building at night and use the elevator. Please pay attention to this matter.

※   If you have any issues with the access card setup, please contact the dormitory counselor as soon as possible. If your student ID is lost, please promptly contact the relevant department to arrange for a replacement.

Attention:

1.        For summer residents staying in their original rooms:Students still need to check out and arrange their belongings, seal them temporarily, and label the room number, name, and phone number. Please take away or secure valuable items to avoid loss or mistaken disposal by cleaning personnel.

2.        For summer residents staying in non-original rooms:If you want to move your luggage into the summer accommodation room in advance, please coordinate with the current resident of that room. The luggage must be properly packed and clearly labeled with the room number, name, and phone number. Also, take away valuable items to avoid loss or mistaken disposal by cleaning personnel.
