Purpose: Regarding Dormitory Bed Changes for the 2025 Fall Semester.

Description:

I.           Proof: According to the Dormitory Management Regulations.

II.         Application Period: From 9:00 AM on September 21, 2025, to 4:00 PM on November 1, 2025. No applications will be accepted outside this period.  Each person can only submit one bed change request in the system per semester. Please make sure to select the correct dormitory bed before submitting the request.

III.     The Dormitory 4 and the Mulan Student Dormitory differ in location, living environment, fees, electricity billing categories, and the amount of electricity provided. Students assigned to the Dormitory 4 shall not be permitted to apply for transfer to the Mulan Student Dormitory, and students assigned to the Mulan Student Dormitory shall likewise not be permitted to apply for transfer to the Dormitory 4.

IV.     Application Procedure:

           i.                To move to the room with vacancies.

Please submit your application through the Student Dormitory Management System in the Academic Information System (http://ais.ntou.edu.tw). Information regarding vacant beds can be obtained from the dormitory front desk during the application period.

         ii.                2-person bed exchange

Both students must submit applications through the Student Dormitory Management System (http://ais.ntou.edu.tw). If one student fails to submit an application, the review process will not proceed.

      iii.                3 or more person bed exchange

One representative must fill out the form at https://reurl.cc/NRrO46, and attach student ID photos of all participants.

V.         After submitting the bed change application, the dormitory counseling teacher will conduct the first stage of review, followed by the second stage of review by the Division of Dormitory Guidance. The review process takes about 3-5 working days, and the results will be automatically notified via school email. Students can also check the results in the Academic Information System.

VI.     Once approved, the applicant must complete the bed change procedure at the dormitory front desk within one week from the date of approval.

VII.  Dormitory fees range from 9,100 to 9,900 NTD. If you change dormitories, the difference must be paid. The payment slip will be sent via email to your school inbox. Refunds will be processed by the Housing Office.
