【Dormitory 4】Hot Water Supply Instructions and Usage Guidelines

Dear All,

On the night of November 19, Dorm 4 experienced an issue with low hot water temperature. After inspection by maintenance staff on November 20, it was confirmed that two boiler units had shut down. The equipment was restarted, and the hot water supply has returned to normal. The boiler vendor also conducted an onsite check and suggested that the cold weather may have caused temporary overloading, leading to an automatic shutdown. The system is currently operating normally and will continue to be monitored.

With the recent drop in temperature, the hot water supply may also take longer to recover during peak hours. Each short-side bathroom on floors 2 to 10 is equipped with an one electric water heater. If you return late and find the water temperature below 40°C, please make use of these bathrooms with electric heaters.

We would also like to remind everyone of the following:

1.Check the water temperature before showering.

2.Keep shower time within 20 minutes.

3.Please do not wash clothes or perform other activities in the bathroom that consume excessive hot water.

4.Plan your shower time earlier to avoid peak usage and reduce the chance of temporary hot water shortages.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in helping maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents.
