Subject: Application for who won't living in the dormitory during the second semester (from Feb. 1, 2026 to June 28, 2026).
Instruction:
I. According to the National Taiwan Ocean University “Student Dormitory Fees Charge and Refund Regulations”, “Deposit Management Regulations”, and “Student Dormitory Contract”.

III. Those who do not want to continue accommodation in the second semester (From Feb. 1, 2025 to June 28, 2026). Please follow the steps below to complete the registration and check-out procedures.
i. Please fill out the form (https://forms.gle/Bnk5jtDgrUf5camX8).
It cannot be canceled after filling it out.
A. Those who complete fill out the form from now until January 5, 2026. The dormitory office can delete the dormitory fee before students get the second semester payment slip is issued.
B. Those who complete fill out the form from January 6, 2026. The dormitory office can delete the dormitory fee and update the payment slip within 5 working days after fill out the form.
C. Please complete registration before January 23, 2026. This is the deadline.
ii. Check-out procedures
A. Please clear the bed and clean it.
B. Make sure it is clean and no personal belongings are left behind.
C. Please ask dormitory officer or the member of Student Dormitory Association to check personal and public belongings during the counter service hours.
D. Return the dormitory key.
E. After confirmation by both parties, sign on the property card (including the date of the day) to confirm, and the check-out procedure is completed.
※ Those who have not completed the check-out procedures will be deemed to still need accommodation. Please pay the dormitory fee for the second semester in accordance with regulations.
IV. Notice of the check-out time, submit the certificate, penalty fee and dormitory deposit are as follow:

※ Please email the certificate to dorm@email.ntou.edu.tw before February 23, 2026. If students don’t complete the check-out procedures or submit the copy of the proof before the dateline, the deposit won’t be refunded.
※ If you apply for check-out after the deadline, please pay the penalty fee of NT$130 per day for on-campus dormitories and NT$210 per day for Mulan Dormitory (calculated on a daily basis) according to regulations until the day you complete the check-out procedure.
