Subject: Adjustments the Dormitory Front Desk Service Hours and Registration of Stay in Dormitory During the 2026 Winter Vacation and Chinese New Year.

Instruction:

I.        To ensure the safety of the dormitories and verify the number of residents in each building. Students who want to stay in the dormitory during January 12, 2026 to February 20, 2026, please fill in the form (https://forms.gle/RVmUz861zcmpXmNC9) during December 15, 2025 to January 24, 2026.

II.     Notes for staying in the dormitory

            i.                To maintain the safety of the dormitory, students staying in the dormitory should follow with the guidance of dormitory officers, directors, resident assistants, and instructors.

          ii.                The dormitory is only open at the main gate during the vacation. Students staying in the dormitory should use their Student ID card to enter the dormitory. When you enter or leave the dormitory, please pay attention to whether strangers follow you into the dormitory.

       iii.                The information counter (1st floor) of each dormitory (3rd floor of Mulan Student Dormitory) will be open from 11AM to 1PM and 5PM to 7PM from February 13 to February 20, 2026.

III.   Repair work will take place in some dormitories during winter vacation to improve living conditions. Residents should take or safely store valuables to prevent loss or damage. There may be noise and workers coming and going, so please be prepared. We appreciate your understanding. The repair schedule will be shared soon.
