Subject: Application Schedule for Student Dormitory (2026/2027 Academic Year & 2026 Summer Session).
Instruction:
I. To help students plan their accommodation early, the dormitory application and payment schedule is announced in advance.
II. Detailed application instructions will be announced separately on the Division of Dormitory Guidance website.
III. If there are any changes to the schedule, updated information will be announced. Please always refer to the latest notice from the Division of Dormitory Guidance website.
IV. Dormitory Period (Actual dates are subject to the official academic calendar)
i. 2026/2027 Academic Year: From August 29, 2026, 9:00 AM to June 21, 2027, 12:00 PM.
ii. 2026 Summer Session: From June 29, 2026, 5:00 PM to August 28, 2026, 12:00 PM.
V. Important Notes
i. Students who need dormitory accommodation must apply and submit all required documents within the application period.
ii. Late applications or incomplete documents will be considered withdrawn, and no late submission will be accepted.
iii. Unless otherwise stated, application hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on each application day.
