Regarding the Opening Dormitory 3 For Summer Vacation in 2026

1.Check-in time for summer accommodation: June 29 (Mon) 17:00~20:00.

2.The old access control information will be deleted at 5:00 pm on June 29(Mon), please apply for a summer access control card again.

3.Check-in procedures: Please bring your photo ID, fill out the summer vacation accommodation contract, get the key, and file the access card (please bring your student ID or EasyCard).

4.It is forbidden to enter other non-open floor areas or dormitory spaces at will, and it is strictly forbidden for dormitory students to change beds privately. Violators will be punished according to the dormitory management measures.

5. Please take note of any announcements regarding power outages, water outages, or disinfection during the summer vacation.

6. Summer dorm students are requested to use the pantry and public refrigerators and other equipment as required. The dormitory cadres will clean the refrigerators from time to time.

7. When checking in, please take good care of your personal valuables and luggage.

8. After checking in, if there is any damage to the item, please go to the registration network of the academic information system to apply for repair.

9. Students living in the dormitory need to complete the check-in and check-out procedures. If you have any special difficulties or problems, please consult your dormitory counselor in advance for assistance.
