Instruction:

1.    Check-in Procedure:

Verify your identity with the Floor Leader→join the 2026 Dormitory 4 Facebook Group→Collect your room key, housing contract, and property card→Complete and return the housing contract and property card→Register your access card at the 1st-floor Service Counter.

2.    Dormitory Opening Hours: August 26～28 09:00～18:00

During this period, visitors of the opposite sex are allowed to enter, and the elevators are open to all floors.

3.    Key & Property Card Collection(Please bring a photo ID.):

Registration is conducted once every hour and takes approximately 20 minutes.

5.Other Important Information:

  • Parcel collection: August 26–September 6. No registration is required.
  • Internet: Please refer to the network information posted in your room and on each floor.
  • Campus parking: August 29–September 6, 09:00–18:00. Parking exemption tickets are available at the 1st-floor Service Counter.
  • Elevators: Fully open during August 26-28,09:00–18:00、8/29-30,09:00-19:00.
  • Please keep the dormitory doors closed and take care of your personal belongings. The dormitory is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • For summer residents returning early between August 26 and August 28 (Wednesday–Friday): If you need air conditioning, please use your EasyCard to top up credit at the AC top-up machine on the first floor.
  • On Friday, August 28, scheduled maintenance requiring a power outage for high- and low-voltage equipment will be conducted in the supply zone of the university's Coastal Main Substation. Dormitories 3 and 4 will be affected. Elevators will be out of service during the outage; students residing in the dormitories during the summer session are advised to make advance arrangements regarding the moving of their luggage.
