Subject: Fire Evacuation Drill for Student Dormitories, Fall Semester, 2026.

Instruction:

I.           To enhance dormitory residents’ disaster prevention knowledge and response capabilities, and to familiarize students with evacuation routes and assembly procedures in case of fire, the student dormitories will conduct a fire evacuation drill.

II.        Drill Time and Location

           i.   Time: September 16, 2026, 17:10-17:40

         ii.   Location: Dormitory 2.

      iii.   Participants: All residents of Dormitory 2

III.     Reminders for Dormitory Residents

           i.   Upon hearing the fire alarm broadcast, immediately follow dormitory staff instructions and evacuate via the nearest emergency exit.

        ii.   Proceed quickly to the assembly point (Fantasy Fountain). Cooperate with staff for headcounts and scan the "Attendance QR Code" with your mobile phone to complete check-in.

     iii.   Do not return to rooms to retrieve belongings; and avoid pushing or crowding.

      iv.   Remain at the assembly area after check-in. Do not return to the dormitory until the organizers officially announce the conclusion of the drill.

        v.   Failure to participate as required will be recorded. For dormitory safety, all residents must cooperate fully.

      vi.   Students who participate in the entire drill will be eligible to receive an official leave certificate issued by the Division of Dormitory Guidance.

IV.    Assembly Points outside for the Dormitory: Fantasy Fountain (outside the 1^st Restaurant)

V.       In the event of a typhoon or heavy rain, the drill will be rescheduled or adjusted. Further notice will be provided.
