| 一、 | 本要點依據「國立臺灣海洋大學學生宿舍管理辦法」第三條訂定之。 |
| I. | These Directions are established in accordance with Article 3 of the "National Taiwan Ocean University Dormitory Management Regulations" |
| 二、 | 本校為提升學生宿舍品質，保障學生身心健康，爰成立「學生宿舍輔導委員會」，以下稱本委員會。 |
| II. | To improve the quality of student dormitories and safeguard the physical and mental health of students, the University has established the "Student Dormitory Counseling Committee" (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee"). |
| 三、 | 本委員會由下列人員組成之： |
| III. | The Committee shall be composed of the following members: |
| (一) | 當然委員：學務長、國際長、副學務長、校安中心主任、住宿輔導組組長。 |
| (I) | Ex officio members: the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Vice President for International Affairs, the Deputy Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director of the Campus Security Center, and the Head of the Division of Dormitory Guidance. |
| (二) | 教師代表委員：由各學院各推派教師一人參加，任期一年。 |
| (II) | Faculty representatives: one faculty member nominated by each college, serving a term of one year. |
| (三) | 學生委員：由各學生宿舍自治會總幹事及各學院賃居校外學生代表一名參加，任期一年。 |
| (III) | Student members: the general secretary of each Student Dormitory Self-Governance Association and one representative of students living off campus from each college, serving a term of one year. |
| 四、 | 本委員會設主任委員一人，由學務長兼任；執行秘書一人，由住宿輔導組組長兼任；並置幹事一人，由業務承辦人兼任，負責安排議程及準備相關資料。 |
| IV. | The Committee shall have one chair, who shall be the Vice President for Student Affairs; one executive secretary, who shall be the Head of the Division of Dormitory Guidance; and one administrative officer, who shall be the staff member in charge of the relevant affairs and shall be responsible for arranging the agenda and preparing the relevant materials. |
| 五、 | 本委員會每學期至少召開一次，必要時得召開臨時會議；開會時得邀請有關人員列席。 |
| V. | The Committee shall meet at least once each semester and may convene ad hoc meetings when necessary; relevant personnel may be invited to attend meetings as observers. |
| 六、 | 本委員會職責如下： |
| VI. | The duties of the Committee are as follows: |
| (一) | 學生宿舍輔導工作年度實施計畫之規劃與審議。 |
| (I) | Planning and reviewing the annual implementation plan for student dormitory counseling. |
| (二) | 學生住宿輔導相關辦法之審議與修訂。 |
| (II) | Reviewing and amending regulations related to student accommodation counseling. |
| (三) | 學生宿舍分配、收費、管理等相關事宜之協調與審議。 |
| (III) | Coordinating and reviewing matters related to the allocation, fees, and management of student dormitories. |
| (四) | 學生宿舍重大修繕工程之建議。 |
| (IV) | Making recommendations on major repair works for student dormitories. |
| (五) | 其他有關學生宿舍管理相關事項之審議。 |
| (V) | Reviewing other matters related to the management of student dormitories. |
| 七、 | 本要點經學生事務會議通過後發布施行。 |
| VII. | These Directions shall be issued and implemented upon approval by the Student Affairs Meeting. |
