Regulations Governing the Management of Venues for Student Club Activities

Article 1 These Regulations govern the management, application, and use of student club activity venues.
Article 2 The “student club activity venues” referred to in these Regulations are on-campus locations designated for student clubs to conduct various activities. Except where otherwise stipulated, the management of such venues shall be handled in accordance with these Regulations.
Article 3 The Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section shall be responsible for administrative matters related to on-campus venue reservations, including the application, coordination, regulation, and use of student club activity venues.
Article 4 The procedures for applying to use activity venues are as follows:
Article 5 In the event of special circumstances or conflicts between student club venue use and the needs of academic or administrative units, the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section may coordinate in advance to cancel a club’s reservation or previously approved venue use.
Article 6 The general regulations for venue use are as follows:
(1) Maintain proper cleanliness, appearance, and decorum.
(2) Observe environmental protection and public safety: Participants may not spit, discard fruit peels, bottles, cigarette butts, litter, plastic bags, or other refuse, nor may they engage in disorderly conduct or bring/keep personal pets in the venue.
(3) Protect public property: Users may not deface, damage, or relocate existing equipment or access-control devices.
(4) Conserve energy: Water and electricity shall be used sparingly; wasteful use is prohibited.
(5) Prioritize safety: Without approval, users may not install electrical devices, light fires, or use any items that may endanger public safety.
(6) Respect copyright and intellectual property rights: During exhibitions or performances, photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited unless permission has been granted, in order to respect others’ works and intellectual property rights.
Article 7 The evaluation and disciplinary measures for venue use by student clubs are as follows:
Article 8 These Regulations shall be promulgated and implemented upon approval by the Student Affairs Meeting.
