Article 1 These Regulations govern the management, application, allocation, move-in, move-out,
and use of student club offices.
Article 2 The Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section shall be responsible for the management, application processing, allocation, move-in and move-out procedures, and usage evaluation of student club offices. Unless otherwise stipulated, all matters shall be handled in accordance with these Regulations.
Article 3 Application and Allocation
Article 4 Move-In and Move-Out Procedures**
Article 5 Management and Evaluation:
(1) During the semester: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(2) Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(3) National holidays: Closed.
(4) Winter and summer breaks: Closed, except for special events approved through separate applications.
(1) Maintain cleanliness and order within the club office, care for public property, and cultivate habits of energy conservation.
(2) Disturbances, the bringing or keeping of personal pets, or any behavior affecting safety or order are prohibited. Clubs shall safeguard public safety, sanitation, and quiet.
(3) Installing or replacing office door locks without authorization is prohibited.
(4) The only electrical devices permitted in club offices are: electric fans, audiovisual equipment, desk lamps, and computer equipment. Additional devices may be used only with prior application and approval.
(5) No individuals may remain in the club office outside of designated opening hours.
(1) If any behavior endangering public safety occurs in the club office, the responsible individual shall be disciplined, and the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(2) If prohibited or dangerous items are stored in the club office, the responsible individual shall be disciplined, and the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(3) Individuals who damage public property in the club office shall be responsible for compensation.
(4) If the club office becomes unsanitary, immediate corrective action shall be required; in serious cases, the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(5) If unauthorized electrical devices are used in the club office, they must be removed immediately; in serious cases, the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(6) Gambling in the club office is prohibited; violators shall be disciplined, and the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(7) Drug use, disturbances, fights, or unauthorized overnight stays in the club office are prohibited; violators shall be disciplined, and the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
(8) Installing or replacing office door locks without authorization shall result in an order to restore the original condition.
(9) Destroying or removing fire extinguishers, emergency lighting equipment, or damaging emergency exits without legitimate reason shall result in disciplinary action for the individual and an order for the club to vacate the office.
(10) If a club fails to use its office for one consecutive month during the semester without valid reason, the club shall be ordered to vacate the office.
Article 6 These Regulations shall be promulgated and implemented upon approval by the Student Affairs Meeting.
