Subject: 2026 Spring Semester Dormitory Closing Day.

Instruction:

I.        All student dormitories will close on June 29, 2026.

II.     Check-Out Deadline by Dormitory

※   Important: On June 29 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Dormitories 2 and 3 will be cleaned. Students are not allowed to enter or stay inside during this time (only staff may enter).

III.   Check-Out Instructions

          i.You will lose your deposit if you do not check out properly or on time.

        ii.Check-out must be done at the dormitory front desk during service hours only. Check-outs cannot be processed outside of these hours.

※   On June 27 (Sat.) and June 28 (Sun.): Service starts earlier at 09:00 AM.

      iii.To avoid losing your deposit, please follow these steps before your dormitory closing time:

A.  Pack and remove all personal belongings. Clean your bed space and room.

B.  Ask a dormitory staff member or student leader to inspect your room.

C.  Return your room key, and Sign the property checklist with the staff to complete check-out.

IV.  Parking & Moving Support

          i.To help you move out, the school will allow cars and motorcycles to enter campus during the following times: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on June 7, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28 and 29, 2026.

        ii.Cars: Pick up a “free parking ticket” at the service desk. When leaving, give the ticket to the Beining Campus Main Gate staff.

     iii.Motorcycles: Leave your ID at the Beining Campus Main Gate to enter.

      iv.If you enter at other times or do not have a free parking pass, you must pay the parking fee, and the motorcycles are not allowed to enter.

V.     For fire safety reasons, dormitory common areas will not be available for summer luggage storage.

VI.  For more details on the check-out step, please check your dormitory bulletin board or ask the dorm staff.

VII.    Every dormitory has 2 moving trolleys. You can borrow them from the 1^st floor service desk.
