I. Dormitory Closure Time
The dormitory will be closed at:6:00 PM, Monday, June 29, 2026
1. From now until the closure time, residents may complete the check-out procedure during counter service hours.
2. Service Hours:
o Weekdays: 09:00 AM – 07:50 PM
o Weekends: 10:00 AM – 07:50 PM
3. On June 27 (Sat) – June 28 (Sun), the counter will open earlier at 09:00 AM.
II. Failure to Complete Check-out on Time
Residents who fail to complete the check-out procedure by the deadline will have their dormitory deposit deducted in accordance with regulations.
- After 6:00 PM, June 29, 2026 (based on counter time), check-out inspections will no longer be accepted.
- All residents must vacate the dormitory by this time.
III. Check-out Procedure
- Inspections are suspended during 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM (break time).
- After the dormitory closure period, a final detailed inspection of all rooms will be conducted.
Notes and Important Information
1. Please carefully read Appendix 1: “Mulan Student Dormitory Check-out Guidelines” and complete the preliminary inspection in advance to ensure a smooth check-out process.
2. If, during the final inspection, any unclean shared areas or leftover trash are found and responsibility cannot be determined, the entire room will be charged.
o Please thoroughly clean before departure.
o Report any damaged items via the repair system in advance.
o Unclean conditions or damages will result in deposit deductions.
3. Visitor Registration:
o No registration required on June 28–29.
o Registration is required on all other dates.
4. Trash Disposal:
Any personal trash left behind will result in a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.
(1) General Waste & Recycling:
o Dispose of trash according to Keelung City Environmental Protection Bureau schedules.
o Campus garbage trucks operate Monday–Saturday (see official website).
o Temporary disposal area (in front of Bobo Grass Park) will be open 24 hours from June 6 to June 29.
(2) Discarded Mattresses & Quilts:
o Place neatly in the designated area on the 1st floor lobby.
o Quilts must be packed in large garbage bags.
5. Any belongings left after check-out will be disposed of by the university without responsibility for storage, compensation, or retrieval.
6. Dormitory Refrigerators:
o Will be cleaned and shut down at 10:00 AM, June 29.
o Please remove all items beforehand.
7. Vehicle Access to Campus:
Open on June 7, 13–14, 19–21, 27–29, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
(subject to Beining Campus gate schedule).
o Vehicles outside these times or without permits must follow campus parking regulations and pay applicable fees.
8. Due to fire safety regulations, storage of personal belongings in public areas is prohibited.
→ Summer luggage storage is not available.
9. For summer residents wishing to move belongings early to the Second Dormitory, please refer to
Appendix 2: “Summer Dormitory Move-in Notice (AY115)”.
10.Proxy Check-out:
If you are unable to check out in person, please download the Dormitory Authorization Form from the Housing Division website and authorize someone else to complete the procedure with your room key.
11.Due to narrow roads and limited parking space around the dormitory, traffic congestion is likely.
- Please leave immediately after loading/unloading.
- Alternatively, park inside campus first and then transport luggage.
12.Please plan your check-out early.
If you encounter special difficulties, contact dorm staff or advisors as soon as possible.
