June 28~ June 29 floor Managers will make the rounds at dorm close time. |

- Starting from today, you can proceed with the check-out process. To avoid unnecessary back-and-forth trips, please follow the announcement date to contact the inspection personnel to check your room. If the date is not specified in the announcement, please contact the front desk personnel for inspection.
- From June 28, 2026 (Sun.) to June 29, 2026 (Mon.), elevators will be open for everyone from 9:00 AM.
- After the dormitory opening hours end on 6/28(Sun)to 6/29(Mon),room inspections will be conducted promptly. If the resident is not present, the student association cadres will use backup keys to access the room for confirmation.
- From 6/7 to 6/29,the garbage truck will be available all day.
- Due to domestic fire safety regulations prohibiting the storage of items in public areas, summer luggage storage will not be available.
Notes:
1. In order not to waste your valuable time, please do not wait until the last minute to check out to avoid queuing and waiting for room inspection.
2. the dormitory will be closed promptly at 18:00 PM on June 29. After 18:00 PM, check-out inspections will no longer be accepted. Please leave the dormitory on time. The return of property cards and keys will only be accepted until 18:30 PM. Please complete the process according to the specified time. Failure to check out according to the regulations will result in the deduction of the dormitory deposit, following the "National Taiwan Ocean University Dormitory Deposit Management Regulations"(based on front desk time).
3. When checking out, please double-check and remove all personal items, including those outside the dormitory such as the mailbox and umbrella stand. Please also ensure that the laundry room is checked and cleared. Any remaining items will be discarded, and the dormitory will not be responsible for storage or compensation.
4. If any resident has food stored in the refrigerator, please remember to consume or take it away before checking out. Dormitory not responsible for storage or compensation for lost items.
5. Residents are required to clean the air conditioner filter in their dormitory rooms. Dormitory staff will check the filter cleanliness indicator light during the move-out inspection to ensure it is off(as shown in the picture).
If you need to borrow a ladder or an air conditioner remote control, please visit the first-floor front desk during service hours.
6. If check-out is not completed on time or any items are left behind, the university will handle the cleaning and will dormitory not be responsible for storage, compensation, or subsequent investigation.
7. Please confirm that the account registered in the Teaching Affairs System is your own and is correct. If any issues with the account result in unsuccessful refund, the remittance fee will be borne by the resident.
8. All residents are advised to plan the check-out process and schedule as soon as possible. If there are any special difficulties that prevent you from completing the check-out process on time, please seek assistance from the dormitory cadres or dormitory counselors promptly.
9. Students who have applied for summer housing and wish to move their luggage in advance to Dormitory 2 or Dormitory 3 should refer to the “2026 Summer Housing Luggage Moving Announcement” for details.
