Subject: 2023 spring semester dormitory closing day.
Instruction:
I. The student dormitories for the 2023 spring semester will be closed on June 26, 2023.
II. All students are requested to complete the check-out procedure at the dormitory counter during the designated service hours, starting from today until the dormitory closure date mentioned above. Check-out procedures cannot be processed outside of the counter service hours. Dormitory counter service hours are as follows: weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:50 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 7:50 PM. On June 23, 24, and 25, the dormitory counters will start their service at 9:00 AM.
III. The closure times for each dormitory for the 2023 spring semester are as follows:

Note: i. From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on June 26, 2023, access to Male 1st Dormitory, Male 3rd and Female 2nd Dormitory will be restricted for cleaning purposes (except for staff members). ii. Prior to checking out, students for the 2022/2023 academic year are required to vacate their bed space, clean the area thoroughly, ensure there are no personal belongings left behind, and then have their room inspected by dormitory officers following the check-out process. Afterward, students must return the dormitory key and sign on the property card to confirm the check-out procedure. iii. Those who fail to check out within the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund of the dormitory deposit. |

IV. For detailed information about the check-out process and methods for the 2023 spring semester, as well as the location and time for temporary storage of belongings during the summer break, please refer to the respective dormitory notices.
V. Each dormitory provides two trolleys for residents to borrow. If you need to use them, please register at the service counter on the first floor.
