Report for repair |
l When the items are damaged in the dormitory, please log in to the Academic Information System to report for repairs (Please write down the condition and location of the damaged item, or upload the damaged item photos). l When the network can’t use, please contact Chunghwa Telecom customer service hotline 0800-080-412 for repair. l When the items are damaged outside the dormitory (such as street lights, pruning trees, etc.), please go to the website of the General Affairs Office to report for repairs. |

Inspection class |
l Each dormitory teacher will determine how to repair the project after confirming the status. n Small water and electricity repairs (including simple repairs such as lamps, faucets... etc.) are in charge of the Division of Dormitory Guidance. n Other items should be reported to the professional maintenance personnel. (Students must wait for the maintenance personnel come to the dormitory to repair it, and students cannot specify the repair time). |

Check the maintenance progress |
l If the maintenance personnel cannot deal with it immediately after checking it, he/she will go back to prepare the required materials and tools, and come again later date. (You must wait for the maintenance personnel come to the dormitory to repair it, and you cannot specify the repair time). l The maintenance progress can be checked from the Academic Information System → “student dormitory repair system”→ “repair processing status”, or ask each dormitory teacher. |

Note
1. All repairs must be scheduled. The maintenance personnel a lot of work to do, not only repair items for our dormitory. Students must wait for the maintenance personnel to arrange the schedule come to the dormitory to repair it, and students cannot specify the repair time.
2. The normal maintenance time is during the day from Monday to Friday. Only a few projects will rush to work during holidays. The maintenance personnel will wear work vests and enter the dormitory for maintenance from time to time. Students must pay attention to the dress in the public area of the dormitory.
