第一條         為維護跨性別學生之住宿權益，依據性別平等教育法及大學校院學生入住宿舍性別友善處理原則，特訂定本原則。

Article 1     To safeguard the housing rights of transgender students, and pursuant to the Gender Equity Education Act and the Guidelines for Gender-Friendly Dormitory Arrangements for Students in Institutions of Higher Education, these Principles are hereby established.

第二條        跨性別學生申請本校學生宿舍時，不以生理性別為單一依據，採個案方式處理。

Article 2     When transgender students apply for University dormitory accommodation, biological sex shall not be used as the sole basis for placement decisions. Each case shall be handled individually.

第三條         本校學生事務處住宿輔導組為校本部學生宿舍管理單位，馬祖行政處為馬祖校區學生宿舍管理單位。前述單位應依本原則處理跨性別學生住宿事宜，並將處理情形提報本校性別平等教育委員會。

Article 3     The Dormitory Guidance Section of the Office of Student Affairs is the unit responsible for managing student dormitories on the main campus, and the Matsu Administrative Office is responsible for student dormitories on the Matsu campus. These units shall handle transgender student housing matters in accordance with these Principles and shall report the outcomes to the University’s Gender Equity Education Committee.

第四條         宿舍管理單位應盡力維護學生隱私，相關資訊之揭露應尊重學生個人意願，並採取適當保密措施。

Article 4     Dormitory management units shall make every effort to protect student privacy. The disclosure of relevant information shall respect the student’s personal wishes, and appropriate confidentiality measures shall be implemented.

第五條         宿舍管理單位應設有性別友善住宿網頁專區，明確傳遞性別友善、反性別歧視訊息，並主動提供跨性別學生住宿需求協助。

Article 5     Dormitory management units shall maintain a dedicated webpage for gender-friendly accommodation, clearly conveying messages of gender inclusiveness and anti-discrimination, and proactively providing assistance to meet the housing needs of transgender students.

第六條         宿舍管理單位每年應定期辦理性別平等相關知能訓練，以提升所屬行政人員、學生宿舍自治幹部、住宿生等之性別平等意識。

Article 6     Dormitory management units shall provide regular annual training related to gender equity to enhance the gender equity awareness of administrative staff, student dormitory self-governance leaders, and dormitory residents.

第七條         本原則經學生事務會議通過後發布施行。

Article 7     These Principles shall be implemented after approval by the Student Affairs Meeting.
