第一條 為有效規範本校學生宿舍收費,依教育部「專科以上學校向學生收取費用辦法」之規定,訂定本辦法。
馬祖校區學生宿舍住宿及收退費規定,由馬祖行政處另訂之。
Article 1 To effectively regulate the collection of fees for student dormitories at the university, these regulations are established in accordance with the Ministry of Education's Regulations for Collecting Fees from Students at Colleges and above.
The regulations regarding accommodation, fee collection and refund for student dormitories on the Matsu Campus shall be separately stipulated by the Matsu Administration Office.
第二條 調整本校宿舍費用時,得參考單位床位造價、單位床位面積、銀行基本放款利率年息、維護費(含人事管理費)及水電燃料費等計費。
Article 2 When adjusting dormitory fees, factors such as the unit cost per bed, the area per bed, the annual interest rate for basic bank loans, maintenance fees (including personnel management expenses), and utilities (water, electricity, fuel) are considered.
第三條 住宿期間
一、學期住宿
(一)校內宿舍:學期宿舍開放日至學期宿舍關閉日止。
(二)國際學生宿舍:第1學期為8月至隔年1月,第2學期為2月至7月。
二、暑期住宿
(一)整個暑假:第2學期宿舍關閉日下午5時起至第1學期宿舍開放日前一天中午12時止。
(二)第一期:第2學期宿舍關閉日下午5時起至7月31日下午6時止。
(三)第二期:8月1日上午10時起至第1學期宿舍開放日前一天中午12時止。
三、短期住宿:以核准住宿首日下午1時起至隔日上午11時止為1日計。
Article 3 Duration of Accommodation
I. Semester Accommodation
(I) On-Campus Dormitory: From the opening to the closing date of the dormitory for the semester.
(II) International Student Dormitory: First semester from August to January of the following year, second semester from February to July.
II. Summer Accommodation
(I) Entire Summer Vacation: From 5 PM on the closing date of the second semester dormitory to 12 PM the day before the opening date of the first semester dormitory.
(II) First Period: From 5 PM on the closing date of the second semester dormitory to 6 PM on July 31.
(III) Second Period: From 10 AM on August 1 to 12 PM the day before the opening date of the first semester dormitory.
III. Short-Term Accommodation: Calculated as one day from 1 PM on the approved first day of accommodation to 11 AM the following day.
第四條 住宿收退費標準
一、學期住宿:分為第1學期、第2學期二階段收費。
(一)校內宿舍:依本校行事曆週次為標準,以核准住宿、完成退宿或取消住宿時間,收退費標準如下表。

(三)住宿期間申請變更宿舍者,以系統申請核准之時間,依本條收退費標準比例補繳或退還宿舍費差額。
(四)違反本校學生宿舍管理辦法相關規定且經核定勒令退宿者,不適用本條退費標準,不予退費。
(五)符合大專校院學生校內住宿補貼方案之住宿生,除依本條收退費標準外,需另依住輔組公告辦理。

三、短期住宿
(一)個人住宿
1.收費標準
(1)四人房
A. 具本校學籍(含姊妹校),每人每日收費130元(不含冷氣費)。
B. 非具本校學籍,但具學生資格(需提供相關證明文件),每人每日收費200元(不含冷氣費)。
C. 非具本校學籍且不具學生資格者,每人每日收費440元(含冷氣費)。
(2)雙人房:依其申請身份別之四人房收費2倍計價。
(3)單人房:依其申請身份別之四人房收費4倍計價。
2.退費標準
(1)核准住宿首日(含)以前完成退宿或取消住宿者,得申請退還100%已繳住宿費。
(2)核准住宿次日起完成退宿或取消住宿者,不予退費。
(二)團體住宿:
1.收費標準:校內外營隊、團體住宿學生宿舍,以主辦單位身分認定,於活動開始前,依實際狀況繳費。
(1)本校主辦且免用冷氣者,每寢室每日收費520元;本校主辦需使用冷氣者,每寢室每日收費600元。
(2)非本校主辦者,每寢室每日收費1,760元(含冷氣費)。
2.退費標準:人員進住後,除受不可抗力之因素(如:天災)致提前退宿外,不予退費。
Article 4 Standards for Refund and Collection of Accommodation Fees
I. Semester Accommodation: The fees are collected in two phases - the first semester and the second semester.
(I) On-Campus Dormitory: Based on the University's academic calendar weeks, the refund and collection standards upon approval of accommodation, completion of check-out, or cancellation of accommodation are as follows:

(III) For those who apply to change dormitories during the accommodation period, the difference in dormitory fees will be refunded or additionally charged according to the approval date in the system and the proportionate standards set forth in Article 4.
(IV) For students who violate the University's Regulations for Student Dormitory Management and are ordered to check out, the refund standards of Article 4 do not apply, and no refund will be given.
(V) For those who eligible for the on-campus accommodation subsidy program for Ministry of Education, in addition to adhering to the fee collection and refund standards set forth herein, comply with additional procedures as announced by the Division of Dormitory Guidance.

III. Short-term Accommodation
(I) Individual Accommodation
A. Fee Standards
(A) Four-person Room
a. Students enrolled at the University (including sister universities) pay NT$130 per person per day (excluding air conditioning fees).
b. Students not enrolled at the University with student status (proof required) pay NT$200 per person per day (excluding air conditioning fees).
c. Individuals not enrolled at the University without student status pay NT$440 per person per day (including air conditioning fees).
(B) Double Room: Charged at twice the rate of a four-person room based on applicant status.
(C) Single Room: Charged at four times the rate of a four-person room based on applicant status.
B. Refund Standards
(A) For cancellations or check-outs completed before the approved start date (inclusive), a refund of 100% of the paid accommodation fee is available.
(B) For cancellations or check-outs starting from the day after the approved start date, no refund will be given.
(II) Group Accommodation
A. Fee Standards: For on-campus and off-campus camp groups staying in student dormitories, fees are determined based on the organizing entity and are payable before the start of the activity.
(A) University-organized activities without air conditioning: NT$520 per dormitory per day; with air conditioning: NT$600 per dormitory per day.
(B) Non-University organized activities: NT$1,760 per dormitory per day (including air conditioning fees).
B. Refund Standards: After the occupancy of individuals, refunds are not provided unless early check-out is necessitated by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
第五條 國際學生宿舍用電與加值
一、學校於學生入住時提供1張國際學舍電卡,內含額度新臺幣1,500元,供住宿生使用冷氣、電熱水器及110V一般用電。
二、每學期住宿生完成繳交當學期住宿費後,可持繳費收據與電卡至住宿輔導組加值新臺幣1,500元。如電卡額度於學期間用完時,請自行至本校出納組繳交加值金額,並持收據至住宿輔導組辦理加值。
三、學生退宿時需繳回電卡,倘仍有賸餘金額,恕不退還;未繳電卡者,扣除住宿保證金新臺幣1,000元。
Article 5 Electricity Usage and Top-Up for International Student Dormitory
I. At check-in, students receive a prepaid electricity card containing NT$1,500 for use of air conditioning, electric water heaters, and general 110V electricity.
II. Each semester, after settling the dormitory fees, students can top-up their prepaid electricity card with NT$1,500 by presenting the payment receipt at the Division of Dormitory Guidance. Should the prepaid card balance run out during the semester, students need to pay the top-up amount at the University’s cashier and then process the top-up at the Division of Dormitory Guidance.
III. Upon check-out, students must return the prepaid electricity card. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. Failure to return the card will result in a deduction of NT$1,000 from the dormitory deposit.
