Subject: Applications of Dormitory for 2025 Summer Session.

Instruction:

I.        Summer session will be provided at Dormitory 2 and Dormitory 4.

II.     The number of available beds will be announced on the application day via the Academic Information System. In case of oversubscription, accommodation eligibility will be determined through a lottery system.

III.   Application Period：Applications will be accepted from May 15, 2025 (9 a.m.) to May 20, 2025 (4 p.m.) In case of overdue, it will be regarded as waiver. Any overdue application won’t be accepted.

IV.  Application Procedure：Visit the academic information system (website：http://ais.ntou.edu.tw) to submit applications.

V.     Accommodation Period and Fees:

                   i.Dormitory fees will adhere to the regulations set for student dormitories and the list of student dormitory fees charge and refund in 2025 summer vacation, announced on May 2, 2025.

                ii.Dormitory fees will include the air conditioning fee to ensure immediate access the air conditioner upon check-in.

VI.  Summer accommodation beds will be allocated by the Division of Dormitory Guidance. If you have special accommodation needs, please fill out the form at https://reurl.cc/k1ayAG during the application period. Late submissions will not be accepted.

VII.       Students approved for accommodation, please be sure to read the following notes carefully:

                       i.    Determine whether there is a need for accommodation in the 2025 summer session.

A.      If accommodation is needed, please visit the First Bank's e-payment portal (https://goo.gl/i1VrQ3) from June 3 to June 11, 2025, to print the dormitory fee payment form, and complete the payment within the specified time.

a. After the dormitory fee is paid, according to the regulations set for student dormitories and the list of student dormitory fees charge and refund in 2025 summer vacation related refund matters will be processed. When applying for a refund, please attach the original payment receipt and proceed with the relevant refund matters through the Division of Dormitory Guidance.

b. Failure to pay the dormitory fee within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the accommodation qualification. Upon cancellation of summer accommodation eligibility by the Division of Dormitory Guidance, reapplication will not be entertained.

B.      Those who have no need for accommodation, please complete the cancellation form before 5 p.m. on June 11, 2025, at https://reurl.cc/rL7Mab.

                     ii.    Graduating students who have completed the procedures for leaving the campus must check out according to regulations.

VIII.    Due to limited bed spaces for summer accommodation, priority will be given to those who apply for long-term accommodation during the accommodation period specified in this announcement. Short-term or temporary accommodation applications will only be accepted if there are still available bed spaces. The accommodation fee for short-term and temporary accommodation is NT$130 per person per day (excluding air conditioning fee).

IX.          To prevent unforeseen circumstances from hindering the timely payment of the dormitory fee, students are advised to complete the payment as early as possible. If there are any questions regarding the dormitory application or the payment of the dormitory fee, please proactively contact the Division of Dormitory Guidance during office hours within the application or payment deadlines.
