Dorm Cleanliness Reminder
Dear students,
We’ve recently received some feedback from students about dormitory issues. Thank you all for your continued care and attention to the dorm environment and facilities. The Division of Dormitory Guidance has followed up and made improvements based on your feedback. We’d also like to take this chance to remind everyone:

🏡 Please help keep our shared areas clean:
• After using sinks or showers, rinse the area to prevent mold and odors.
• Please wash and remove your personal dishes after use — don’t leave them in common areas.
• Dispose of trash during the schedule hours to avoid odors and bacteria buildup.
• After doing laundry, please remove your clothes promptly so others can use the machines too.
🧺 Equipment & Maintenance:
• If the equipment malfunctions, please report the problem through the Academic Information System.
• If the washing machine or dryer is unusable after you insert coins, please register for a refund at the front desk during office hours.
