Subject: Results of Dormitory Reservation Application for 2026/2027 Academic Year.

Instruction:

I.       The results of dormitory reservation applications for the 2026/2027 academic year are now available. Students can check the status of their application by logging into the “Academic Information System” → “Student Dormitory System” → “查詢籤號作業”. Check the result of the dormitory application. II.    Students approved for accommodation, please be sure to read the following notes carefully:

           i.                The accommodation period for the 2026/2027 academic year is expected to be from August 29, 2026 to June 20, 2027. The actual duration will follow the announced for the 2026/2027 academic calendar.

         ii.                Dormitory Fees: Payment is divided into the 1^st and 2^nd semesters. Please refer to the table below for accommodation fees for each dormitory. Actual charges will be based on the latest announced fee standards.

Note: The air conditioning and general electrical outlets in Mulan Student Dormitory will be billed through a cloud-based electricity meter. The electricity allowance provided by the university is NTD 1,050 per semester.

      iii.                According to the regulations on student dormitory management:” Those who fail to pay within the specified time or fail to complete the cancellation procedures within the deadline after giving up their accommodation will lose their eligibility for accommodation. Such students will also be ineligible to participate in the application process for senior student bed retention and the ranking for senior student accommodation eligibility in the next academic year.”

      iv.                Determine whether there is a need for accommodation in the 2026/2027 academic year.

A.       If accommodation is needed, please visit the First Bank's e-payment portal (https://goo.gl/i1VrQ3) from March 19 to March 25, 2026, to print the dormitory deposit payment form, and complete the payment within the specified time. ※Convenience store payment is not available this time!

a.        After the dormitory deposit is paid, accommodation bed spaces will be secured according to the Regulations for Management of National Taiwan Ocean University Dormitory Deposit, and related refund matters will be processed.

b.        Failure to pay the dormitory deposit within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the accommodation qualification.

B.        Those who have no need for accommodation, please complete the cancellation form before 5:00 PM on March 25, 2026, at https://forms.gle/5jPPeYHp2ySZa3mZ8. Failure to cancel the application and not completing the dormitory deposit payment within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the accommodation qualification obtained, and the student will not be eligible to apply for the reservation of existing student beds or the ranking-based application for student accommodation in the next academic year (2026/2027).

         v.                To prevent unforeseen circumstances from hindering the timely payment of the dormitory deposit, students are advised to complete the payment as early as possible. If there are any questions regarding the dormitory application or the payment of the dormitory deposit, please proactively contact the Residence Assistance Team during office hours within the application or payment deadlines.
