Subject: Applications of Dormitory for 2026 Summer Vacation.
Instruction:
I. Summer Repairs and Dormitory Arrangement
To improve dormitory quality and reduce disruption during the semester, repair work will be done during summer.
i. Dormitory 4 will be closed for major renovation (glass walls and balcony windows).
ii. Summer housing will be arranged as:
l Dormitory 2 → Female students
l Dormitory 3 → Male students
II. Important Notes During Summer Stay
Dormitory 2 and 3 will also have minor repairs (e.g., painting, wall repairs). You may experience:
i. Construction noise
ii. Paint smell
iii. Workers entering rooms if needed
iv. Possible room changes
If you are sensitive to noise, smells, or cannot accept room changes, please consider carefully before applying.
III. Bed Availability
Available beds will be announced on the application day via the Academic Information System. If applications exceed capacity, a lottery system will be used.
IV. Application Period
May 21, 2026 (9:00 AM) – May 26, 2026 (4:00 PM). Late applications will not be accepted.

VI. Accommodation Period & Fees
i. Fees follow official dormitory regulations (announced May 4, 2026).
ii. Fees include NT$300 air-conditioning fee.

VII. Roommate Request (Optional)
i. Submit form by May 26, 2026, 4:00 PM: https://forms.gle/9Vh3Bheeo5V2izpd7
ii. We will try to match roommates, but it may not always be possible due to:
l Ineligible roommates
l Duplicate requests
l Different stay periods
If no valid roommate is provided, rooms will be randomly assigned.
VIII. Important for Approved Students

Notes:
l Late payment = give up your dormitory spot
l Refunds follow dormitory regulations (receipt required)
ii. Cancel Housing

iii. Graduating Students: Must check out according to university rules.
IX. Short-Term Stay
i. Priority is given to long-term applicants
ii. If beds are available, short-term applications will open from June 12
iii. Fee: NT$130 per day (air-conditioning not included)
