Description

1.    Move-in Time: From 5:00 PM, June 29 (Mon), the Dormitory 2 will open for female residents.

- Visitors may enter without registration from 5:00 PM to 7:40 PM on the same day to assist with moving.

- Please check your assigned summer bed in the Academic Affairs System in advance.

2. Check-in Location: 1st Floor Front Desk, Dormitory 2

3. Move-in Procedure:

1) Join the LINE groupNTOU Summer Dorm 2 (2026)” (Show your profile; set nickname as  Room + Bed No.”) Please join early and pin the group for important updates.

2) Present student ID ( or other photo ID ) 

3) Submit the housing agreement

4) Collect room key and property card    

5) Sign the check-in roster

6) Inspect room facilities and return the property card within 7 days

7) Activate access card (use EasyCard if student ID not yet issued)

Setup times: June 29: 17:30, 18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30 (10 minutes each)

From June 30: During office hours (Mon–Thu 09:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00)

Notes:

1.    On June 29 and Aug 26–28, student dorm officers (from the former male dorm) will be on duty at the front desk to assist with check-in and check-out.

2.    Partial renovation works (e.g., wall repairs and painting) will take place during summer. Noise, odors, or inconvenience may occur. Residents may be asked to allow access to rooms or relocate if needed. Please join the LINE group and provide contact details.

3.    For early luggage move-in, please refer to the “Summer Luggage Moving Notice.”

4.    Keep valuables with you at all times. The dorm is not responsible for storage, loss, or compensation. As this was previously a male dorm, early luggage placement in rooms is not allowed. Do not move items into rooms between 12:00–17:00 (cleaning period). Place luggage in designated open areas.

5.    Kitchen & Refrigerators: Only 3 refrigerators on 1F and 3F will be available.

- Cleaning dates: July 15, July 29, Aug 5, Aug 19 at 8:00 PM. After cleaning, they will reopen immediately.

- On Aug 26 at 11:00 AM, kitchen and refrigerators will close after cleaning.

6.    Move-out deadlines: Phase 1 by July 31, 6:00 PM; Phase 2 by Aug 28, 12:00 PM.

7.    Changing beds without permission is strictly prohibited. Keep noise low after 11:00 PM.

8.    Trash disposal: At 4:00 PM outside Dorm 2 via garbage truck. If unavailable, use rear bins from 4:00 PM–7:50 PM.

9.     Outside official move-in periods, opposite-gender visitors are not allowed. Visitors must register at the front desk.

10.Please read the Housing Agreement and Summer Housing Guidelines Dormitory Regulations. Additional announcements will be made if necessary. Contact dorm staff for inquiries.
