Subject: Announcement regarding Chunghwa Telecom dispatching personnel to enter dormitory rooms for network speed testing.
Description: To maintain the quality of the dormitory network service, Chunghwa Telecom, the contracted vendor for the 2026 student dormitory network service, will send personnel to conduct network speed testing.
Estimated Schedule:
1. Scheduled Period: From now until August 14, 2026.
2. Testing Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the scheduled testing dates.
Testing Scope: Dormitory 2, Dormitory 3, Dormitory 4, and Mulan Student Dormitory.
Important Notices:
· During the testing period, the vendor will visit various dormitory areas (including testing in-room network ports and network speeds); students are kindly requested to cooperate to facilitate the smooth completion of the process.
· If students are in their rooms during the testing period, please be sure to assist and cooperate. If students are not in their rooms, relevant dormitory staff will accompany the vendor to enter the room. If you require to be present in person, you can inform us in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made.
Estimated Network Speed Testing Reference Schedule:
· Dormitory 2: August 7, August 10, August 11
· Dormitory 3: August 4, August 5, August 6
· Dormitory 4: July 31, August 3, August 12
· Mulan Student Dormitory: July 30
