Instruction:
l Move-in Schedule /入住時間:Dates: August 29–30, 9:00 AM – 7:50 PM
1. Visitors may enter without registration during the above period to assist with moving.
2. Students are encouraged to check in on these dates for assistance with luggage unloading and access card setup.
3. Students arriving later may check in during front desk service hours only.

· Aug. 29–30: Temporary Counter (1F Lobby) From Aug. 31: Room 301 (3F)
l Documents Required (5 items) /應攜資料
1. Housing deposit and dormitory fee receipt (or deposit receipt for student loan applicants)
2. Original photo ID
3. NTOU Student ID (or an EasyCard-enabled card if your student ID is not yet available)
4. Signed Dormitory Agreement
5. Copy of your personal bank passbook (for housing deposit refund)
l Check-in Procedure /入住流程
1. Join the "115 Mulan Student Dormitory" LINE OpenChat before arrival (nickname: Room No. + Bed No.)
2. Check in → Submit the Dormitory Agreement → Collect your room key → Receive the Property Inventory Form (return within 7 days) → Activate your access card (Room 301)
l Important Notes /注意事項
1. Short-Term Package Storage/短期包裹代收: Aug 26 – Sept 6 (no registration).
l Not accepted: outside period, non-residents, COD, refrigerated/frozen parcels. Collect within 3 days.
l Address: 617 Zhongzheng Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Keelung City, Mulan Dormitory, Room + Bed No., Name, Mobile Number
2. Moving by Car/開車搬遷:
- Please avoid roadside parking. On Aug. 29–30, staff will assist with luggage unloading. After unloading, move your vehicle to the NTOU campus parking lot.
- Free campus parking: Aug. 29 – Sept. 6, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Parking validation ticket available at the dormitory front desk.)
3. Read the Dormitory Handbook:The handbook is available on the dormitory bulletin board and in the LINE OpenChat. It contains important information such as internet setup, garbage disposal, and dormitory regulations. Please read it carefully.
4. Visitor Policy: Visitors may enter the dormitory without registration only during front desk service hours on the move-in dates and must leave before 7:50 PM. Visitors are not permitted outside front desk service hours.Luggage carts are available at the front desk.
5. The refrigerator will be available for use starting at 10:00 AM on August 29; please be sure to carefully read the relevant usage rules.
6. If you do not yet have your student ID, an EasyCard-enabled card may be used temporarily for dormitory access.
7. Please lock your room and keep valuables with you. The dormitory is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
