因應國內外疫情升溫，為全面提升國人免疫保護力，自112年9月26日開放新冠XBB.1.5疫苗接種，新增本土確定病例有99%均未接種新冠XBB.1.5疫苗。為維護學校整體免疫力，將由基隆市中正區衛生所安排醫療單位入校園集中接種。
In response to the rising epidemic situation at home and abroad, in order to comprehensively enhance the immunity and protection of the Commanity, COVID-19 XBB.1.5 vaccination has been available since September 26, 2023. 99% of the newly confirmed local cases have not received the COVID-19 XBB.1.5 vaccine. In order to maintain the overall immunity of the school, the Keelung City Zhongzheng District Health Center will arrange medical units to enter the campus for centralized vaccination.

為準備充足疫苗數量，請有意願接種疫苗者進行下列資料登記，個資資料僅作為此次疫苗接種使用。
