The Mulan Maritime Education Building is a uniquely designed facility with one basement level and seven above-ground floors. Its architecture features a sail-like structure, curtain walls, and a grey-and-white facade, with nautical signal flags used to indicate floor numbers. Floors 3 through 7 serve as student dormitories, offering a total of 268 beds.
🔸 Garbage Policy
This dormitory follows a "No Littering" policy. Residents must properly manage and dispose of personal garbage in accordance with the Keelung City Government’s garbage truck schedule. Random disposal is strictly prohibited and violators will be penalized according to regulations. (Please refer to announcements from the Keelung Environmental Protection Bureau for any changes.)

Cleaning schedules are announced at the beginning of each semester. Please collect your items in advance.

This dormitory features suite-style rooms, each with a private bathroom and separate shower area.
Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness after use.
Public restrooms are also available across from laundry rooms on each floor. Do not dispose of personal trash in these facilities.

During colder weather, extended shower times may deplete hot water faster than it can be reheated. To avoid temporary shortages:
Keep showers short
Use water efficiently
Consider showering during off-peak hours
